At Buddy Fitz, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive exactly what they expect. Each product undergoes thorough testing and quality checks. If a product has production defects or shortcomings, the customer is entitled to a full, no-questions-asked replacement. However, an exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
For customers who are not satisfied with their purchase, we will accept returns without any questions, provided the product is returned in uncompromised condition. Upon receipt, the product will undergo an inspection to ensure it is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when sent. Once approved, we will dispatch the desired exchange product, which must be of equal or greater value than the returned item. Note that partial orders cannot be exchanged. Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
While we welcome all orders placed on our website, Buddy Fitz reserves the right to hold or cancel orders if they are deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies or stock unavailability. Additional verification or information may be required before accepting an order. We will contact you if your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your account. Any promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders may not be refunded. In cases of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement and provide transaction details for investigation.
Customers may cancel their orders within 2 working days of placing them. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
